It was a quite windy week. A bunch of dry yellow leaves are on the lawn. I decided to sit on the grass for a while. What I saw after couple of minutes made me regret of a spot I chose to sit. I saw a big black bug on the grass. Since I can't stand insects I wanted to change my spot but then decided to watch that bug. It was quite entertaining because the wind was blowing hard and it was a challenge for a buggy to reach his destination, although I couldn't figure out where he intended to crawl. He was coming towards me but then changed his mind and went the opposite way. Constantly the wind would blow the bug too. I was enjoying the wind and looking up to the sky. When I looked down to watch the bug again, he was not there.
The other day I saw 3 quail right on the drive way. When I tried to walk towards them, they ran away. But the way they run makes me laugh- they take really tiny steps and at the same time they move fast. That combination is very funny. Check out the video from youtube.com below. I couldn't take a video by myself because whenever I see them, I don't have a camera with me.
On Sunday, I was chilling on the porch outside and heard something swishing in the bushes. I was sure that was a bunny again but when I came closer to the bush something black and white came out of there. That was a cat! I started slowly coming closer and started stroking him. The cat was mostly black except for some white spots. He had white muzzle and neck and also he had white paws like if he was wearing mittens. Later, I figured out that this was our neighbor's cat Key Key.

That is pretty much all I observed this week. Next report coming soon :)
